DUHUI deep groove ball bearings are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO15, ISO469, and ISO492 standards, with dimensional tolerances meeting the requirements for P6 and higher. Our bearing balls are made of GCR15 bearing steel, which can guarantee the accuracy grade up to G10. DUHUI can manufacture G5 and higher bearing balls according to your needs.

The inner and outer rings of DUHUI single row deep groove ball bearings are made of high-quality GCR15 bearing steel and 65MN steel, which have high hardness, good toughness and strong impact resistance. We also perform super-finishing on the inner and outer rings to improve the surface finish, which can effectively reduce errors and friction and enhance fatigue resistance. In addition, we also perform a targeted surface carburizing process to improve surface hardness and wear resistance.
