Installation Notes
- Confirm inner diameter is 44.00 mm (1.732 in), outer diameter is 82.50 mm (3.248 in), and width is 37.00 mm (1.457 in) before installation.
- This bearing has an integrated magnetic encoder ring – use a Magnetic Encoder Detector to verify ABS side before mounting.
- Keep the bearing away from strong magnetic fields until installation to protect the integrated ABS sensor ring.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the wheel bearing unit or remove the seals – this will cause permanent damage.
- Press the bearing into the hub using appropriate tools – never strike with a hammer.
- Torque the hub nut to manufacturer specifications (refer to the vehicle service manual).
