Material Selection of DUHUI Universal Joint Cross
DUHUI universal joint cross is forged from high-quality alloy steel, offering high strength and good wear resistance. The forged blank is quenched at 850°C and tempered at 550°C, which enhances toughness while maintaining hardness. The needle roller is made of GCR15 bearing steel and is ultra-fine ground and polished to ensure low friction and high wear resistance.
Surface Treatment of DUHUI Universal Joint Cross
The surface of DUHUI universal joint cross adopts a gas carburizing process. After carburizing, we then perform a carbonitriding (CN) treatment. It can form multiple composite hardened layers, which effectively improves wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. Combined with DUHUI’s unique surface coating process, it effectively extends its lifespan.

The sealing ring of the DUHUI universal joint cross adopts a labyrinth double-lip design, which can effectively prevent the entry of pollutants. DUHUI universal joint cross lubrication design adopts a radial design, which can distribute grease 360 degrees to the bearing surface. And we use a lubricable design that allows for re-injection of new grease. It is convenient for maintenance and can effectively clean pollutants.
