We require all raw material suppliers to provide CNAS material analysis reports, requiring that the carbon content of GCR15 bearing steel be controlled at around 1%, the chromium content be 1.5%, and the Rockwell hardness be around HRC60. If there are materials in the same batch that fail the random inspection, all materials will be returned.
