Shot Blasting of DUHUI Deep Groove Ball Bearing
After receiving the bearing forging, DUHUI will first perform a rough turning process to remove about 2mm of surface oxide scale. Then we will perform the targeted surface shot blasting to remove surface burrs, oxide scale, etc. This process not only makes the bearing workpiece more beautiful, but also improves the surface hardness, thereby improving the wear resistance and fatigue strength of the bearing workpiece.
Three Times Finishing of DUHUI Deep Groove Ball Bearing
After shot blasting, DUHUI will use advanced CNC lathes to perform three finishing processes in sequence on different parts of the bearing workpiece. We need to perform precise turning on the workpiece according to the drawing requirements to ensure that the size, accuracy, roundness and surface finish of the workpiece meet the standards, and leave allowance for subsequent processing. DUHUI strictly controls the finishing process, which can greatly reduce errors, improve product qualification rate to ensure stable supply for large quantity bearing orders.
Two Times Superfinishing of DUHUI Deep Groove Ball Bearing
After grinding, the surface roughness of bearing workpieces is controlled to about 5μm. DUHUI will use advanced CNC superfinishing machines to perform two times superfinishing in sequence. Through the ultra-precision process, the surface roughness is controlled to about 0.1μm. Superfinishing further improves surface finish and optimizes bearing raceway error and contact surface. It can effectively improve bearing accuracy and stability, reducing noise and vibration, and extending bearing life.
